The composition books and journals that I am requesting will help my students practice their writing and reading skills that are the essential skills they need in order to learn how to be proficient in literacy. Distant Learning has given Kindergarten students a whole new set of challenges with writing. Chromebooks are excellent resources for students in almost every content area except writing skills. These notebooks will be sent home to students alongside their Chromebooks so that my students will have the materials they need to practice writing and illustrating their sentences at home.
