The flex floor seats and rug will provide my students with a non-traditional choice of a work space. These materials will help me bring my classroom to current day by providing flexible seating options for all of my learners. My students love sitting on the rug, moving around the room, and working cooperatively. Bean Bag chairs and a rug will create a physical environment in my classroom that is comfortable for students of all heights and sizes. The bean bag chair is a popular choice in flexible seating arrangements because it accommodates this variety. This new furniture would provide them with a comfortable and safe place to work and read beyond their desk and chair. Research shows that allowing students to sit in comfortable, flexible seating options greatly enhances their focus. In addition, creating this corner of the room with a new rug and flexible seating in a more natural environment, will allow my students to get cozy and comfortable while getting lost in a good book.
