My county has decided that in order to keep students safe we will be remote learning for now. This means that students are signing into our interactive classroom at various times during the day to complete assignments. The document camera will allow me to show the students information on my desk in real time. Many students struggle with math concepts if only being told how to do the problem. By using the document camera, I will be able to show them as I tell them how to do the problems. In my classroom I allow the students to do their work in different area of my classroom. Some students like to sit at tables, some sit a traditional desks, and some like to sit on the floor. With your donations I hope to add another option for working, a stand up table. Some students work better standing up, but bending over to a traditional table is not good for the back.
