You’ve probably heard teamwork makes the dreams work, but have you heard table teamwork makes the learning work? Inspired by flexible seating, these uniquely shaped tables will encourage and promote community learning. In addition to increasing the opportunities for students to collaborate, the tables will also decrease the amount of space taken away from traditional desks that fill the floor space in the classroom. Beyond simple table seating, this project will support a collaborative environment by freeing floor space that can be used for students to get out of their chairs and spread out, stretch their legs, and grow their imagination!
