Currently, my classroom/weight room is very small and my students are used to making the best out of the space and resources they have. In our rural area, education funds are stretched to the max and that does not leave much funding for areas in the school like weight rooms. However, courses like body conditioning and lifetime fitness are crucial to students' overall health and wellbeing. Having flat screen TVs to display not only the daily workouts, but also show examples of safe ways to conduct lifts, will allow my students to have more space which will increase safety in addition to having correct models of lifts all throughout class time. Additionally, these TVs will be used to display records, nutritional plans, and overall health and wellness targets to increase motivation of students.
