My students still don't know how to read or look at page numbers. Their parents often can not help them find the papers they need for school, they are busy, have other children... The binders and the sleeve protectors will help the kids to find the papers needed for their daily work. I can fill in the binders in advance with their work for two weeks in order and they can take the binders home. Working will be way easier: the kids will not waist their time searching for the right worksheet.
