I am working on creating a more diverse classroom library. I am also hoping to get some lesson ideas for diverse learning from Teachers Pay Teachers. These books will allow all students in my classroom to see books that they are able to relate to and be able to borrow (even during distance learning). This will also allow for students in my classes to read about things that others have gone through and start to build empathy for other people through reading books that help them relate to other people.
