As a 1st grade teacher, one of my ultimate goals is to instill a love for reading within my students. Reading is the key to success and has the power to let the imagination do wondrous things! I want to give my students the opportunity to build their reading skills not just for the remainder of the school year, but throughout the summer as well. Just because my students are not face to face with me or in a classroom doesn't mean these growing opportunities as a reader have to be stifled! No matter where my kids are, as long as there can be a book in their hands, all will be right in the world!
