By creating a Writer's Workshop model, my students will begin to see themselves as true authors. We will use these trade books to demonstrate how authors write and how to incorporate these skills into their own writing. As the teacher, I have done many different writing programs, but I truly feel that this Writer's Workshop, that uses trade books, will benefit my students. Not only will they see how these amazing authors write, but also read different texts and practice their reading skills. I truly need your support to make this a reality. Thanks!
