My students and I have built a rapport this school year. This has helped them to improve both academically and behaviorally in the classroom. This is my first year teaching and during this unprecedented time three of my seniors successfully completed their graduation requirements. My students have shown great improvement daily. I would like to reward my students with an activity that would be preferred by them. This reward would be used in the physical education room. The students would use the following sports equipment as a reward in the physical education room: jump ropes, badminton set, kickball, volleyball, scoop ball set, and a volleyball/ badminton net, posts and casters to create a net in order to use to play badminton and volleyball. In order to conserve space we are asking for a Sports Organizer which we will hang in our room to store the sports equipment. Our hope and vision is that every time the students earn the reward, they will have a variety of sports to choose from as a reward. This reward will also helps with team-building skills among the students in the classroom. Please help to show my students their academic and behavior success matters! Their success matters!
