For my Pre-K students, like ours, their worlds were turned upside down due to the current pandemic. They didn't get to say goodbye to their friends, or their teacher and don't understand why they can't go to school anymore. Many of my students receive free meals from the school district during this time. They don't have school supplies at home needed to do projects or activities that I share with them, let alone snack to eat when they are hungry. Simple art supplies that I am requesting will help bring back my students love of school. They have told me that they miss doing projects. Getting each student some supplies will increase my ability to teach remotely and virtually knowing they have what they need. Any help is appreciated!
