This year, my students and I will be embarking on a distance learning journey together. Although I hope that students will be joining me in-person for the majority of the school year, I am making plans to support my students in either format. The supplies for my project have been specifically selected to assist students in both an online and in-person format. For example, the laptop camera and overhead tripod would be used to provide students with examples on how to hold their writing utensils, while also showing how to properly form letters and numbers. Additionally, school supplies such as glue, paper, and crayons will be provided to families that may need additional support with acquiring school supplies. Lastly, some supplies will be used for virtual instruction. Sequin will be used as a take-home math manipulative, while the chime and social-emotional books will be used to support students in their social-emotional growth throughout the year. Thank you for taking the time to review this project and helping me in supporting my students.
