Kindergarten aged children need opportunities for learning thru play. The tools and materials that I am asking for will help provide these meaningful and enjoyable learning experiences for my students. Children will become more engaged in the learning process with the hands on materials that I have selected. These materials help to promote growth in developmental areas such as cognition, language, social and emotional, and motor skills. Play helps nurture essential life skills such as problem solving, self control, and communication. Positive learning experiences in Kindergarten will enhance all future learning.
