Healthy habits start when you are young and healthy cooking is a way for me to help teach good, life-long habits to my students. Air fryers are popular, portable and reasonably priced, and therefore they are a great tool to provide for the students’ use. Many of our kids will attend college or move out on their own after graduation, and teaching easy, healthy recipes is my goal to help them become more productive adults. With the use of this equipment, I will be able to stress the importance of low-fat cooking options without sacrificing taste.

About my class
