My amazing students have been working incredibly hard using the assignments that I have given them with Google Classroom and YouTube. However, my learners would benefit greatly from me having a document camera, so that I can record myself demonstrating hand written examples. My students would also benefit from me having an iPad with with sound and video capabilities to record video messages, reading passages, and lessons for them. This project will provide a document camera and iPad, so that I can use these amazing tools to assist my students with their remote learning experiences. Once we are able to return to school, my special education and English Language Learner (ELL) students will benefit immensely by having an iPad in our classroom that is dedicated for audiobooks, read-aloud assistance, and other special education related applications.
