My most important goal is to make sure students feel safe and comfortable when entering my classroom. This 9-foot by 11-foot rug is large enough for all students to have a comfortable place on the carpet when doing activities altogether. As a class, there are different activities we want to do more on the carpet but we need a carpet large enough to have room, giving students that space they need to be able to focus on our activities and to have more room for social distancing since the pandemic.
