As a school psychologist, I often have conversations centered around struggles and disabilities. I work really well when I am able to sit beside families while having difficult conversations. Being apart from these families has been a challenge. I am usually very "hands on" when I am explaining reports and data to parents. The document camera will help me "bring" information home to parents, as will the multi-function printer. My project will help me connect with families, even from a distance. This school psychologist is "psyched" to enhance learning from home.
