These books will give my students the opportunity to practice silent and oral reading strategies, while learning virtually. They will be able to work on the application of critical reading skills such as summarizing, predicting, analyzing, reflecting, previewing , comparing and contrasting. My students need books that are at their independent reading level in order to make progress towards their IEP goals. These books will also help them to better comprehend the grade level content that they receive in their virtual homeroom classes. They are are eager to read and need materials to continue to make progress.

About my class
