These art coloring materials will keep them mentally engaged and interested in the world we live in and eager to learn. I will hopefully help them destress during these hard times. We have been learning about mindful coloring throughout the year. These resources will really help them with the stress, depression, or anxiety that they might be feeling right now. The goal is to give my students mindful coloring books to help and encourage them to relax and enjoy art. For them to be able to do something they enjoy and stimulate their minds during difficult times. I always encourage my students to be themselves. In a time when we are more isolated and alone than ever before it would be nice for them to have a canvas for self expression.
