My first graders are truly remarkable children. They have a desire and a love for learning. The majority of my students come from underprivileged homes, where paremts struggle to meet their basic needs. Many students come to schol without school supplies, proper clothing, a good nights rest and even a full stomach. My students appreciate the simple things education has to offer. It truly is a pleasure to see the smiles on my students faces when they know they did well or have succeeded.
