By acquiring these materials, I will be able to offer more seating options in my classroom. I already have a couch area in my room, a table with chairs, and stools throughout my room. By adding these options students will have more opportunities for flexible seating. These seating options can be picked up and carried to a quiet area in the classroom. By donating to this project, my students will be able to learn in a fun and comfortable way. These pick up and go seats will allow students to explore that quiet area in the classroom and get their imaginations flowing. Sitting at a hard desk all day can be boring, but offering alternative seating can make the day more enjoyable. Some students just need to be able to learn in their own way!
