The books I am requesting will help keep my students excited about reading. My students are diverse and unique and need to see characters that are both like them and different from them. Kids learn so much from books. With a variety of character cultures, genders, and ages, these books will help my students learn about the world and the people around them. These new books will help keep my students motivated to read. Student choice is an important part of reading development. I know my students will be thrilled to have a variety of books to choose from and listen to.
