Most of my project is for classroom organization. Each of my students has a classroom journal, folder, and curriculum book. Storing these items neatly, so they don't get destroyed, and trying to keep them sanitized has proven to be a very difficult task. Additionally, organizing students' work, graded and ungraded papers, and miscellaneous paperwork has been a daily struggle. Students need incentives! As my students reach their goals, they will earn prizes for their hard work. Fidget toys and Croc charms a big hit with my 5th graders. The punch cards will help us keep track of their progress in earning larger rewards later in the year.
