These iPads will allow my students to take stewardship of their learning. Our class will have more flexibility to engage in meaningful activities like virtual field trips that would otherwise be unavailable to them. They will be able to explore their interests while learning new science and social studies skills. They will also be able to use these iPads to create a solid foundation in their reading and math skills. My students enjoy a sense of accomplishment when we engage in project based learning. This technology will allow us to explore multiple ways to present the skills we master in class and teach them valuable skills that they will be able to use for their future.
