Students will use the duct tape (and newspaper and recycled bags) to make Sit-Upons for use with our outdoor learning. Learning is not done just within the walls of the classroom! I take students for walking field trips in nature and in our community year-round. With sit-upons students can kneel, sit or use these as work surfaces, enabling them and their work to stay dry in our wet, rainforest conditions. If students are comfortable they can be outdoors learning and more focused. Thank you for supporting us in our learning!
