These materials will be used as rewards and incentives for our students who are displaying exemplar behavior according to our school's positive behavior strategy and intervention policy. We "catch students doing good" and use incentives to reward kids. The reward system shows our students there are benefits in abiding by the rules of the school. We teach the students through modelling behavior and through certain behavioral interventions when undesired behavior is present. Our aim is for our youth to improve behavior in the classroom and also out of the classroom, in society.
