This new age of distance learning is more difficult for the visual learners of our world. These types of students need to see an example or two of what a finished project would look like. Taking a picture is an option, but hard, in some cases to show the whole product at one time. At school, this would not be a problem, I have the examples which I post for student review. Now all I have is my phone which isn't really cutting it. A scanner would allow me to post clear and complete images of examples, helping to minimize the distance in the learning. A scanner would also be hugely beneficial in delivering curriculum to my students. Over the years, I've collected articles, and various other materials from professional development, other teachers, and various sources but it is all only on paper. To share this with my students requires me to recreate it which is extremely time consuming. A scanner would help both my students and myself during this unexpected shift to distance learning. Thank you for your consideration.
