As most individuals, our students are currently facing many challenges due to the pandemic. A great amount of these challenges are due to distance learning. Students are spending a large amount of time in front of the screen causing headaches, lack of focus, and strained vision. Blue light glasses are a basic need that can make a difference. By providing students with the basic necessities to learn, we will help set them up for success. It has been proven that blue light glasses help to block light from digital devices. Too much exposure to blue light can cause tired eyes, red eyes, neck pain, headaches, fatigue, and it make eyes strain to concentrate.

About my class
