After this project is fully funded, my teachers and I will engage monthly in a book study to read Be Real and have a balanced approach of professional development that includes a person-centered focus on our students and their social-emotional well-being. Teachers will have opportunities to share and engage with one another about how the content in this book is being implemented in their classrooms. They'll also be able to share how they are inspiring their students and providing encouragement after such a challenging year of distance learning, hybrid instruction, and the numerous challenges faced during the pandemic.

About my class
