During the current Covid 19 quarantine, the art teachers of The Worcester Public Schools would like to continue to emphasize the importance of creating art. We believe that now more than ever art has the power to bring us together even as we are distancing. Art has the power to remind us of our humanity, soothe our worried souls and express our unique time and shared experience of this world. Many of our low-income families lack even the basic art supplies with which to create. Our team of art educators has started to construct individual art kits to deliver to student homes. We have run out of supplies and are looking for help in our endeavor.
