Every child has a story and it helps children feel like they are not alone when they are able to see themselves in books. By us having a diverse library, we help them develop value and respect for themselves and the people around them. No matter their culture or ethnicity they can feel comfortable being themselves. By donating to our project the children would be able to write about their backgrounds and have a multicultural day were families would be able to come and share information about their heritage and culture.

About my class
