A high-quality computer is essential for remaining in contact with my class during the COVID 19 "Shelter In Order." My special education students are confused, anxious, and have already had a traumatic school year. I will be able to do live chats with my students, continue their reading growth, and support nurturing their self-efficacy. I do not want my students to lose faith and trust in a teacher as they had before I taught the class. I know once I have the ability to reach out online to my class, the lives of my students will be forever changed. I believe they will be better people for it.
