At times the lighting in classrooms and libraries can be harsh and cause headaches for teachers and students. I want to create a soft, cozy lighting that makes students want to settle down to read a good book. The lamps will be used in place of the overhead lights to help create that cozy feeling. Also, in times when we need the overhead lights, the light covers will help block out some of the harshness and glare from the lights. My goal with this project is to help students learn to love reading.
