These durable, portable materials will help us bring our classroom systems out of doors. This opportunity will give my life science students a portable classroom kit that we can set up anytime we want to be outside. A tarp will give us a place to sit. The clipboards will give us portable desks. While we have a few basic supplies in my classroom already, many of the supplies are not suitable for regular outside activities. The paper boxes and folders are showing wear and tear. The plastic bins and folders will make sure our classwork and lab equipment stays dry and remain organized. Books and games will give students SEL activities for when class is done.
