The Food and Beverage Services program begins with the fundamentals and principles of industry techniques and standards, management and production skills, and techniques. Within this pathway, students can pursue a global recognized food safety and sanitation certification, articulation credit, and scholarships. Students are encouraged to participate in extended learning experiences such as career and technical student organizations(CTSO), Family Career and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) and (ProStart). JHS Culinary program has an articulation agreement with our post-secondary education institutions.
