I have chosen 2 sets of Spanish Read-Alongs that include CDs with each book set. I teach in a Dual Language setting and unfortunately, our classroom is in desperate need of these resources. Spanish resources are usually considerably more expensive because they are not widely available. Students enjoy reading books on CD because they enjoy working independently. It is also a great resource to have in a literacy center because it affords students the opportunity to read along despite not being able to decode. It's also a very useful tool because it helps students develop fluency in their reading. Read-Along books on CD are an excellent tool to have in any literacy center.
