These bands will increase strength and stability in the upper and lower body. Mini Bands are ideal for lateral movement exercises, hip and glute activation, and shoulder stabilization. As an up and coming soccer program, I want to maximize our opportunities to improve and increase our abilities. As soccer uses a lot of lateral movement and the use of hip and glute muscles these bands will help to strengthen, stabilize those muscles while improving the athletes lateral movement and quickness. By donating to our project you will provide an opportunity for our athletes to compete at an even higher level.
