These books will motivate my students to pick up more books, making their love of reading and their reading abilities go up. By having this assortment of books to explore, my students will read and make new experiences, while connecting to their own experiences already, making learning a full circle for them inside and outside of school. Kids get better at reading by reading. Having these selections in their library will motivate them to read and pick up the next book in the series or by the same author, helping them raise their reading abilities. Finally, a student who can’t go to the public library has a great selection to chose from right in their classroom.
