Due to the increasing need for space between students, some students are required to work on the floor. My students often use their computers for writing, math and reading activities. During these activities, I allow students to move around the room if needed. Some students need to relocate to limit distractions. Some students need to move for the physical relief of moving and restarting their activity. Having surf desks will give my students the ability to take a hard work space with them wherever they need to relocate. We can also use these desks during outdoor observation work for STEM!
