I am so excited about hopefully starting a functional fitness class for my older grade students, 6-8. At my school I teach pre-k-8th grade. I am looking to expand our options and start an exercise class for our students. Our county has never had anything like this; therefore our students suffer when they move on to high school because it is such a new aspect of fitness when they move on. I would love to have this rowing machine because it will help improve our students cardiovascular health and endurance. I cannot explain through writing how much this would improve our students around the county and their futures! Thank you for taking the time to explore my project!
