My students enjoy hands-on learning and anything that is fun. For the first part of this project, the third grade team needs card games including traditional cards and UNO. The team and I will be manipulating these games to incorporate ELA standards into these fun games. The second part of this project is to have board games in the classroom. These include Catchphrase and Jenga games. We need board games for rainy days, lunchtime recess, or free time in class. I need more board and card games that will engage the kids and have enough for my whole class to pick different games to play in class. I want my students to learn board or card games rather than be on the computer all the time.
