These books will allow my students the opportunity to enjoy reading outside of my classroom. I want to foster a love for reading by allowing more student choice. By adding choices they have an opportunity to explore the world outside of their bubble. The books that I have chosen will give them the key to an unknown world. Unfortunately, many students cannot find a love for reading when they are forced to read a specific text. This classroom library will allow my students the opportunity to choose a text that interests them! These texts will bring my course to life. It has been proven that more reading brings out better writers. I hope to improve their reading and writing abilities through offering great books.
