Our classroom is a flexible seating classroom! Students sit in untraditional seats, allowing for movement, comfort, and collaboration with peers. Having classroom supplies and materials that can easily be retrieved and moved for learning experiences is important too! Having literacy storage and organization will help to promote a love and importance for literacy in our classroom! My students will use the large plastic book bins to keep their independent reading books organized and easy to grab and move about the room for independent or collaborative reading. Other literacy station materials will be housed in the other storage bins and drawers, making everything easy to find and use!
