Let's get Cooking educates and empowers children and families to make healthy food choices through hands-on learning with fresh foods. During Open House, Preschool Night , we will provide parents cooking demonstrations for Academic Parent Teacher Team night to improve students skills using math concepts and science. Cooking keeps the students engaged. It is a great way to build parent engagement and also interactive skills that can be done at home use what the students grow in our school garden, giving them the opportunity to enjoy fresh, seasonal produce while practicing math, reading, and life skills.
