A lot of my students come from hard backgrounds and their little brains are used to cortisol. With the items I requested, I would like to create an environment that creates endorphins, where they can enjoy learning. Where even the way they are called back is inviting and stress free. The mood lamp will help in a state that is in winter most of the year. The air freshener is meant to have their sense of smell bring them joy. The stress relief toys are for our calm down zone where they can go and take five minutes to have a brain break.
