A document camera will allow me to project my work to the scholars. Right now, I have to hold a book up to the screen, or in the classroom, and scholars are missing the opportunity to see the rich photos and illustrations! Books will increase literacy, and having a multicultural library will benefit my urban scholars. The light covers will prevent the glare of fluorescent lights from distracting my firsties! These scholars are already overstimulated when they arrive at school and light filters will help them stay calm and focused. Storage containers will assist in keeping our outdated classroom child-friendly and organized.

About my class
