A new upgraded computer can help my students to benefit from all the apps and programs during the distance learning time. The whiteboard feature in Zoom works great with a touchscreen computer and enables me to write and annotate especially during math live lessons. A new Surface Pro X allows me to see all my students at the same time. Judging engagement and keeping students on task is extremely important, especially when we are in 28 different locations; not seeing all my students puts us at a disadvantage since I have to switch between windows to check their engagement to make sure they stay focused.
