New headphones will allow my students to access educational apps that teach them reading and math skills. My students use iPads daily in my classroom. They use apps where they listen to books read aloud, practice phonics, and solve addition and subtraction problems. My students use iPads while I am working with reading groups. Headphones allow for minimal distractions while my other students are reading. Our current headphones are broken and falling apart. By donating to our project, you will be contributing to student success. My students will no longer worry about if their materials will work and can focus on learning. As technology becomes more and more important in our world, updated and working technology will help my students stay on track and reach their academic goals.
