I teach Kindergarten through sixth grade students how to regulate their emotions, make positive choices, organizational skills, and social skills. I pull students out of regular education classrooms through the week, we complete our lesson and they return to their classroom. I also intervene with students who are making negative choices in the classroom setting. These resources will not only help me teach, but they will help students have a space and items to reset and refocus. I use books to teach skills daily, and I also use the resources I have in my classroom. Thank you for everything you do! Each of the resources that are provided to me will benefit the students. The books that I requested are used for the younger grades (K-2). They enjoy the stories and we process the message through the lesson. The seating and the carpet will provide students with more comfort and a space to refocus and reset with.
