I really want my students to become more interested in getting lost in a good book. A lot of my students do not have the same access to great books. There are so many great books out there that students can relate to, or simply escape in. I want to build a classroom library with a variety of books for my students to become more excited about reading. The variety would allow students the opportunity to find books that peak their interest. The best way to increase my students interest in reading is by giving them access to great books! The best way to increase reading ability is to read more, and these books will continue to help my students grow stronger in reading. I also, want my students to see great examples of how they create characters from their mind. This project will help expand the minds of my students.
